Dr. Lieberman Speaking in Plano Texas
Dr. Isador Lieberman will be speaking at Anshai Torah, Hazak Auxiliary Chapter, on Sunday May 20th 2012 at 10 AM. Dr. Lieberman is a board member of PVAO and has been visiting Uganda as part of a medical mission for many years. He will be returning to Uganda this summer.
